What to include
  • For DoubleTrends™ product questions: include the email used at checkout, whether the issue is payment, Telegram access, cancellation, or signal interpretation, and any relevant screenshot or page URL.
  • For data or quant services: describe the business question, the data source or files available, the desired output, your deadline, and whether you need analysis, a repeatable pipeline, a model, or all three.
  • For research or methodology questions: point to the Academy article, statistic, signal date, or chart you are asking about so we can answer against the same context.
  • For partnerships, media, or company matters: include the organization, proposed topic, audience, format, timeline, and the person responsible for the next decision.
